We accept credit card and PayPal directly on our website. We can also accept purchase orders (PO) — simply send us your PO and we will process an invoice payable by wire transfer or check.

Yes — volume pricing is available directly on our website, where unit prices decrease as quantity increases. For larger or custom quantity orders, contact us at info@highpurityaluminum.com and we'll work with you on pricing.

Yes — we try to keep our website stock and pricing as accurate and up to date as possible, however, since we also sell products off-line (with PO's), there are occasional discrepancies on pricing and/or inventory stock issues. We try our best to be as up to date as possible though.

No. High Purity Aluminum is a B2B supplier of ultra-high purity raw materials (4N minimum, specialty 5N and 6N grades) for research and manufacturing use. We do not charge, collect, or remit sales tax on any orders — our sales are wholesale transactions of raw materials to research and industrial customers, so tax is not applied at checkout.

Please provide a valid, current tax exemption certificate or resale/manufacturing exemption certificate. We regularly work with university purchasing departments and national laboratory procurement offices and are happy to accommodate standard documentation.

Yes. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine and remit any applicable use tax or other indirect taxes in their jurisdiction.

Yes — every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA). GDMS reports are standard for 5N purity and higher for full traceability and grant compliance.

Yes, we can supply custom sizes for most of our products, however there may be Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for some orders.

We also offer high-purity alloys (AlCu, AlSi, AlCuSi, AlMgSi) for tailored properties, but again, if we do not have a specific alloy in stock, there would be a MOQ for producing a new alloy.

Yes — over the past few years we have expanded into High Purity Copper (6N), Nickel (5N), and Titanium (5N) products as well, available in pellets and plate form.
