High Purity Aluminum Completes Spin-Off from Laurand Associates to Specialize in Ultra-High Purity Aluminum (4N to 6N5)
HPA Distribution, LLC today announced its successful spin-off from Laurand Associates, effective December 31, 2024. This strategic separation allows High Purity Aluminum to operate as an independent entity dedicated solely to the supply of high-purity and ultra high purity aluminum products.
