High purity aluminum plate, sheet, and foil are flat-rolled forms available in a broad range of thicknesses—from heavy plate to ultra-thin foil—providing consistent purity, thickness control, and clean handling for precision research, engineering, and advanced manufacturing.
Plate and sheet are commonly used for machined components, electrode blanks, substrate materials, and research fixtures. Foil excels in applications requiring thin, flexible high purity aluminum. All forms offer excellent material traceability and surface quality suitable for sensitive processes.
Available in purities from 4N (99.99%) through 6N (99.9999%) depending on current inventory, with custom sizes and processing options available upon request.
Research Quantities — Purities 4N, 4N6, 5N, 5N5, and 6N (no minimums):
We specialize in working with customers to provide unique and custom sizes and coil sizes. We have rerollers and slitters with whom we work to meet the exacting requirements of our many customers in electronic, chemical, and other specialty applications.
