Ultra Purity Aluminum - 6N5 MBE Grade6N5 (99.99995%) MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) grade is the highest purity aluminum grade possible for use as a starting material for the epitaxial growth of thin films via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) or other thin film deposition techniques.
Typical sizes include 6 mm diameter x 20 mm length and 10 mm diameter x 40 mm length.
Each pellet is individually packed in a glass jar with argon gas. For 6 mm diameter x 20 mm length, there are 10 pieces per jar. For 10 mm diameter x 40 mm length, there are 5 pieces per jar.
