High purity aluminum rod coil is a continuous length of small-diameter aluminum rod wound into convenient coil form for easy handling, storage, and dispensing. Available in 4N (99.99%) and 5N (99.999%) purities depending on current inventory, this format provides consistent high purity aluminum feedstock that can be cut to length as needed for repeatable processes.
The coil configuration is especially practical for thermal evaporation, automated deposition systems, research labs, and specialty fabrication where reliable material feed and minimal waste are important. HPA rod coil offers excellent ductility and low contamination for demanding vacuum applications. Typical inventory – 4N Rod Coil – 6.35 mm diameter in stock, and 5N Rod Coil – 6 mm diameter in stock.
