Shipping Information
Our goal is to provide prompt service to our customers. We understand that many of our orders are quite time-sensitive.
General Policy (USA orders): We intend to ship orders within 1 working day of receiving a confirmed order for shipment within the USA. Our order cut-off will be close of business one working day for shipment the following day. If we get orders by 12 noon (EST), we generally can ship out same day, but it depends on business conditions.
General Policy (orders outside USA): All orders for shipment outside USA must be verified to ensure compliance with export regulations so we will generally ship orders outside of the USA within 2 working days of receiving a confirmed order. Laurand will not be responsible for any customs clearance, import or duty charges at customer’s destination. In the case of orders over $2,500, customer will be responsible for export clearance which all shipping couriers require.
Shipping Charges: While we will normally charge shipping charges for shipments, if any customer would like to supply their Fedex/UPS/DHL courier account for shipment, we would be happy to waive the shipment charges and ship as per customer request. When doing so, please specify which type of delivery (Next Day Air, Ground, etc) you would like.Packaging: We will use standard packaging for all shipments. If any customer requires special packaging such as wooden crates, or export compliant packaging, there may be additional charges applied, even after order is confirmed.If you are attempting to place an order but cannot access your country during checkout, please contact us via email at info@highpurityaluminum.com so that we can confirm costs and activate this as an option.
