Over the years, as customers have approached us for all types of shapes, sizes, and custom products, we have developed a full range of services to provide custom solutions.
Laser Cutting
We work with many customers in electronic and other high-tech applications where exact sizes are critical. Laser cutting allows many multiples to produce exact pieces from foil and sheets of any design.
CNC Machining
We offer CNC machining services for any quantity, single pieces to many multiples. Our partner has full CNC, milling and grinding capabilities, and works with CAD/CAM drawings for custom High Purity Aluminum machining.
Slitting and Cutting to Length
We turn larger coils into smaller coils for Foil, Sheet, or Plate. Custom coils from 0.002" to 0.25" thick, up to 42" wide or as narrow as 0.65", with ID's of 1" to 12". Cut to Length options include Paper Interleaves.
Waterjet Cutting
For most of our High Purity Aluminum plates, waterjet cutting produces clean edges, and we have the capability to cut an assortment of shapes and sizes for specialized applications.
