Description
High purity aluminum rods are precision products in solid cylindrical form, manufactured for use in machining, evaporation feedstock, and advanced research applications where low impurity levels and consistent material properties are essential. Produced from aluminum refined through directional solidification under vacuum, these rods offer exceptionally low inclusion content, enabling high Residual Resistivity Ratio (RRR) performance required for cryogenic and quantum applications.

Available in purities from 4N (99.99%) to 6N (99.9999%), with full GDMS Certificates of Analysis provided with each shipment. Specialty alloy grades, including AlSi, AlCu, AlCuSi, AlMg, AlMgSi, AlNi, and AlNd, are available for applications requiring controlled chemistry.
For custom diameters under 5.9" (150 mm), a new die can be procured at the customer’s expense. Most standard items ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Custom diameters, lengths, and alloy compositions are available to meet specialized project requirements.
